Novak completes East Coast Animal Control Officer Academy

During a ceremony held at Carroll Community College on Oct. 5, Jessica Novak of Dundalk and seven other students from Maryland were recognized for completing the 9th annual East Coast Animal Control Officer Academy, a comprehensive non-credit program for animal care and control professionals.
