Triplett earns first place in Congressional art contest

Patapsco High School and Center for the Arts’ junior Amber Triplett (left) was first-place winner  in the 2013 Congressional Art Competition for the 2nd Congressional District. Her photo-manipulation piece titled “Self Portrait” was selected from 36 entries from 2nd District high schools. The work will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for a year, along with the other winning entries from districts across the nation. Multimedia teacher Beth Wagner is shown with her.
