Baltimore County Police  believe they have solved a three-month old murder, according to information provided by the department.
A 19-year-old Berkshire man has been arrested and charged in connection with the September 16 shooting of Robert Nelson, 24, of the 7900 block of Lansdale Road.

Jeremiah Ezekiel Edwards, 19, of the 7400 block of Berkshire Road, has been charged with first-degree murder and use of a handgun in a crime of violence, police said.
On Friday, Sept. 16, just after 2 a.m. officers responded to Lange Street and Dalton Avenue for a possible shooting.
There, police found the victim lying near the curb, suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was identified as Nelson was taken by paramedics to Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Baltimore County detectives were able to identify the suspect as Jeremiah Edwards.
He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on denied bail status, police said.
Police were still looking for information about a body found back in September.
On Sept. 8 at about 12:30 p.m., Baltimore County Police responded to a call of a body floating in the Back River near Exit 38 of I-695, police spokeswoman Det. Cathy Batton said.
The Baltimore County Marine Unit recovered the body from the water, and the victim was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy, according to Batton.
Autopsy results showed that the man, described in a police report as  being about 40 years old or older, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and 155 pounds, displayed no signs of trauma, the police report said.
The unidentified man had no scars, marks or tattoos that would aid in identification.
He had no teeth on his upper jaw, and authorities speculate that he may have worn dentures.
Police believe that the man may be from the area where he was found; his description does not match that of anyone who has been reported missing.
The Baltimore County Police Department is asking the public to check on friends, relatives and neighbors who match the man’s description and to contact police at 410-307-2020 with any information that may help detectives identify the victim.
