Police are looking for information about two separate armed robberies in the North Point Precinct, according to a Baltimore County Police Department press release. The first one happened on Dec. 26 at about 1:53 a.m. at the Royal Farms store in the 7700 block of German Hill Road, the release said. A man, described in the release as being white, about 25 to 30 years old, 5-foot-7, with short, dark hair, weighing about 180 pounds, approached the counter and demanded money from the store clerk. The clerk gave him an undisclosed amount of cash, and the suspect fled the store, according to police. He was wearing all dark clothing at the time of the robbery, the release said, The second robbery occurred on Dec. 30 at about 10:42 p.m. at the High’s store in the 7900 block of Wise Avenue, the release said. Again, a man – described in the release as being black, 18 to 22 years old, 6-foot-3, with a medium build – approached the counter and demanded money and cigarettes from the store clerk, according to the release. The clerk reportedly gave the man several packs of cigarettes and an undisclosed amount of cash before he ran out of the store.
