Phillip P. and Diane M. Shelton of central Virginia announce the engagement of their daughter, Vanessa R. Shelton, to Steven J. Elliott Jr., son of Steven J. Elliott Sr. of Parkville and grandson of Ruth A. Elliott of Dundalk. The couple formerly resided in Dundalk and presently live in central Virginia.
